Welcome to the Northern VA ALA Chapter's DiversitY, EQUITY & Inclusion Community
The Northern Virginia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators have a commitment to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our Association, the legal community and within ourselves. We share the mission together to improve our relationships and tear down the barriers that attempt to exclude us through inter-generational, racial, social, professional and religious lines.
In order to carry out the goals of the chapter, we will develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion community to encourage and educate our members. The community will work to bring educational tools and resources to our members so that they can navigate the cultural landscape of the ever-evolving legal community.
If you are interested in participating in this endeavor or have ideas that you would like to share, we want to hear from you! We cannot do this without all of our collective experiences and voices.
